You are responsible for attending at the agreed time. Late arrival may reduce the duration of your session. We will do our best to accommodate reasonable requests for schedule changes with adequate notice (see Section 6).

We may limit group sizes for workshops to maintain a calm and focused environment. Where a workshop is full, we will let you know and offer an alternative date where possible.

5. Fees & Payment

Current fees are listed on the Amity website and are stated in Thai Baht (THB). Fees include all Materials provided during the Service. Fees do not include travel costs, third-party professional fees, or any formal legal or financial advice.

Payment is required in full at the time of booking unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of enquiry.

Prices may change from time to time. Any change will be communicated before a new booking is finalised and will not affect an existing confirmed booking.

7. Scope of Our Work

Amity provides general educational information, communication frameworks, and organisational support. We do not provide legal, financial, tax, psychological, or any other regulated professional advice.

Nothing shared in a session or included in our Materials should be treated as advice specific to your personal, legal, or financial situation. Where formal professional guidance is needed, we will signpost you to appropriate resources or our referral network. Any decision you make following a session is entirely your own.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Amity website — including text, structure, and visual design — and all Materials provided as part of our Services remain the intellectual property of Amity. You may use Materials for personal household purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, or adapt our content or Materials without our prior written permission.

9. Confidentiality

We treat everything shared within a session as confidential to those present. We do not share session content with anyone outside Amity without your explicit written consent, except where we are required to do so by Thai law.

We ask that you and any attending household members extend the same courtesy to others who may participate in a group session or workshop.

10. Disclaimer

Our Services are provided in good faith and with reasonable care. However, we make no promises about outcomes, and every family's situation is different. 11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Amity's total liability to you for any claim arising from a Service or the use of our website will not exceed the fee paid for the specific Service to which the claim relates.

We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses, or for decisions made by you or your household following attendance at a session or use of our Materials.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence.
