OUR APPROACH
How we structure every service
Every Amity service follows the same three-stage framework: we start with a short orientation so the household knows exactly what to expect; we then work through the session content at the family's pace using our structured materials; and we close with written outputs the family keeps.
At no point do we give advice about what decisions to make, what documents to sign, or what financial steps to take. Our role is to inform, organise, and support communication — not to direct outcomes. Where formal guidance is needed, we say so and provide referrals.
Orientation
A short pre-session email or call covering scope, timing, and what to prepare. Families arrive knowing what the session involves.
Structured Session
The core service delivered according to its framework — at the household's pace, with plain-language materials guiding each topic.
Written Output
Every service ends with a tangible document — a guide, a labelled folder set, or a summary sheet — that the family takes home.

No session content is shared with outside parties. Notes are kept only with the family's explicit written agreement.
Scope Transparency
Every service begins with a written scope statement. Families understand from the start what we do and do not cover.
Material Accuracy
All checklists, guides, and reference materials are reviewed twice a year against current Thai and international sources.
Professional Referrals
Where a topic requires a registered professional, we provide a current, local referral — not a vague suggestion to seek help.
Flexible Scheduling
All sessions can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice, with deposits carried forward at no cost to the family.
Written Outputs
Every service produces a physical document the family keeps — something to return to, not just a memory of a session.
